Housing for Haiti
The first house was donated on Monday, 03/15/10 to an old lady (as seen in the pictures) that had lost her home in the earthquake. She was staying at someone else’s place up until now but was forced out last week. She was so extremely grateful to receive this house and the belongings found in the “kit”.
Part of the dedication included a letter of ownership, a dedication prayer and then the key was turned over to her……
Our plan is that every house that is donated we will have a short “dedication” ceremony with the family. Included with this is, they get a letter with it as well as we take a picture of the family in front of the house and have a dedication prayer.
The Haitians locals are very very happy with what they are seeing in these houses. Thanks for your interest and support !!!
